Taking the Free Forté Communications Style Survey

Step 1 - Request an Authorization

  • You must request an authorization to take the survey from Jordan-Webb's Forte website.

    1. Click Here to go to Jordan-Webb's Forte website to request an authorization
    2. On that screen, enter your first and last names and a valid email address

    3. Click the Continue button

      You will be emailed a survey authorization message containing a weblink, SurveyID and PIN number

  • Go to Step 2
Step 2 - Login to the Forté Institute Website
  • Depending on your browser type, you will have several options. Use whichever is easiest. Options include:

    1. Click on the URL address (active link) in the authorization email and you will be taken directly to the survey

    2. Copy and paste the URL address from the authorization email into the address bar of your browser and press the ENTER key and you will be taken directly to the survey

    3. Click Here to go to the Forté Institute website and enter the unique SurveyID and PIN number contained in the authorization email and you will be taken to the survey

  • Go to Step 3

Step 3 - Take Surveys and Review Results

  1. Complete required demographic information and click Continue button

  2. Complete Survey 1 and click Continue button

  3. Complete Survey 2 and click Continue button

    This completes the survey process (DO NOT click Continue button here, to initiate the process to charge the fee to upgrade to the full report)

  4. You should receive an email containing your free 2-page report. The free 2-page report includes pages 1 and 6 of the full report and should be emailed to you immediately upon completion

  5. If you wish to Upgrade to a Full Report and a Review/Read-Through of your profile, contact us via e-mail forte@jordan-webb.net or phone us at (312)-276-4328

Step 4 - Retrieving Your Results and Problem Reporting

  • If you did not receive your emailed results, you may login to Forté Institute website and retrieve your free report. Please also report this problem to us by contacting us via e-mail forte@jordan-webb.net or phone us at (312)-276-4328
    1. Click Here to go to the Forté Institute website

    2. Enter the unique SurveyID and PIN number contained in the authorization email and you will be taken to Application Services Menu

    3. Click View Report link on Menu

    4. Click With Others at Work and click Continue button

    5. Click View Report link.

      You may view, print and save your report (pdf or html) on your computer
